The tour to the Underground River is for the whole day. Tour include 2 hour air condition transfer from the hotel in Puerto Princesa (pick up at 7:30 – 8:30), lunch in Sabang, the boat to the river and through it, environmental fee and guide. Return back to the hotel or drop-of in the city around 4 PM.
For visit Zip line: You can do Zip line above the sea on the spot, just ask your guide when you arrive to Sabang. For Zip line in Ugon rock you have to ask driver/guide, if all passenger want to visit, car can bring you there (optional if possible) For more info about the Underground river and how to go there by self here ⋙
Requirements & conditions ✎
✱ The tour is carried out only from the city of Puerto Princesa or barangay Salvacion which is 40 km. north bound, from Puerto Princesa center. If you coming from Astoria hotel you need come to intersection Salvacion which is 30 min ride. Pick up will be from there at 10 – 11AM. pick up location on the map ⋙
✱ Expect the excursion car on the hotel’s reception desk or in the rooms, pick up at 7:30 – 8:30AM. Please to understand, its not a private tour, and you are not one person who going to the tour. We can not tell you the exactly time of pick up, because we don’t know how long other guest will prepare for the tour and how long the car while waiting for each guest in the other hotels! Return back to the hotel or drop-of in the city around 4 PM
✱ During the tour, your luggage kept in the car.
✱ If you need excursion from airport (5.30 – 7.30AM): After exiting door of airport, look for your name on the signet board in a crowd greeters. The best time of arrival in Puerto Princesa airport is 6 – 7 AM. Please be careful, if your plane delay, you will lose money for the tour. In this case, when the tour takes place from the airport (not from the hotel), the client takes all risks.

✱ Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour, possible with a charge of 30% of the tour price
✱ Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, is non refundable!
✱ Cancellations by the weather conditions: Tours can be suspended by coast guard for visitor entry due to unfavourable meteorological conditions. In such case, the visitor may to rebook the tour on a later date or seek a refund by email [email protected]

✱ Tips: just keep in mind that you will have to soak your feet till your knees or thighs in seawater when loading into the boat. If large waves at sea, splashes from the waves in the face and clothes are possible. Expect drops of water to fall from the ceiling of the cave
After Your Online Booking:
After booking tours, transfers, car or other services, you will receive a confirmation on your email box. There is your order number and booking details – date, time, number of person, hotel for pick-up, etc. If you dont get email, check spam folder! Follow information in the voucher you got in email.
