✱ Attention! This tour made only from Sabang, not from Puerto Princesa City
✱ Wait for the guide at your hotel reception or in the rooms between 10 – 10.30 am. Please, to understand, we can not tell you exactly time of pick up because guide with your permit and other 10-12 customers going from Puerto Princesa city. In this situation, it is impossible to predict the exact time, since many factors will affect the pickup time. Such as traffic jams, other 10-12 clients who are just late, preparing documents and paying for all tickets before the tour starts, etc.
✱ Duration of the tour around 3 – 4 hours
✱ Free cancellations and 100% refund is possible at least 72 hours before the start of tour (card transaction fee non refundable)
✱ Cancellation less than 72 hours before the tour, possible with a charge of 700 php/person
✱ Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, is non refundable!
✱ Excursion to the Underground River can be canceled due to weather conditions. In such case, the visitor may to rebook the tour on a later date or seek a refund [email protected]
✱ Operator is not responsible for the following: Long waiting for the boat to the national park, huge and crowded number of people visiting the river, bad weather condition, the state organization of the national park and the quality of customer service on it

Tips: just keep in mind that you will have to soak your feet till your knees or thighs in seawater when loading into the boat. If large waves at sea, splashes from the waves in the face and clothes are possible. Expect drops of water to fall from the ceiling of the cave
