✎ Transfers are available 24 hours. Pick up between 11PM-2:59AM is subject of midnight surcharge of Php 600 regardless of vehicle type
✎ Side trip/ long stop by to other places is subject for additional fees 300 php/hour
IMPORTANT NOTES:
✎ In case of delay caused by unforeseen circumstances contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time
✎ For port or airport pickups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer’s name. If you do not see your transfer coordinator, please contact us by numbers in your voucher
✎ For hotel pickups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
✎ Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure time
✎ If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave after 1 hour and no refund will be issued
