Conditions

✱ In Coron, before boarding, swipe your voucher to the green ticket in the ticketing office of Montenegro which located near to the pier, then go to the boarding. May be port fees 20 pesos.
✱ In Culion on the boarding, present your voucher which is received in the mail after the payment.
✱ Make sure you fill the right email address, and make sure you look for your voucher on that email address what you filled!
✱ Latest booking should be not less than 48 hours before the trip! Cancellation fee 150 php
✱ Сancellation of booking available if not less than 24 hours before the time of transfer with a fee 150 php. The refund will be returned to your account after the date of the booked transfer
✱ No refund if cancellation less than 24 hours before the time of transfer
✱ Never book a sea trip if you have flight the next day!
✱ Transfer may be canceled due to weather conditions or any technical reasons. Your paid ticket will be valid until the service is not provided. The passenger who’s transfer were cancelled will be the priorities to the next trip! Or passenger can ask us via email [email protected] for a refund. The refund will be made in 7 working days
✱ Palawan Days is not responsible for the passengers notification of the cancellation of the sea transfers.
✱ Be informed, the number of passengers is limited. The vessel may be fully booked
✱ Palawan Days reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the any time
✱ Montenegro lines reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the any time without prior notice
