Package Includes:
– Pick up and drop off in: Mactan, Cebu, International airport, Hotel
– Car, fuel and driver
– Transfers are available 24 hours. Pick up between 11PM-2:59AM is subject of midnight surcharge of Php 600 regardless of vehicle type
– Side trip/ long stop by to other places is subject for additional fees

IMPORTANT NOTES:
✎ In case of flight delay, contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time
✎ For port or airport pickups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer’s name. If you do not see your transfer coordinator, please contact us by numbers in your voucher (after booking)
✎ For hotel pickups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver. Driver’s details will send at evening day before of transfer
✎ For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time
✎ If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message us within 3 hours before landing, no surcharge or full refund will be issued in case of cancellation
✎ If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave after 1 hour and no refund will be issued
✱ Free cancellations and 100% refund is possible at least 48 hours before the start of transfer
✱ Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour, possible with a charge of 30% of the tour price
✱ Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, is non refundable!
✱ Cancellations by the weather conditions: Tour/transfer can be suspended by coast guard for visitor entry due to unfavorable meteorological conditions. In such case, the visitor may to rebook the tour on a later date or seek a refund by email [email protected]
