✱ In Coron on the way to the port you need to stop by Bunso ticket office In purok sinamay (front of kauswagan) ask your tricycle driver. There you need to swap your printed voucher to the boarding ticket, then go to the ferry port. In Mindoro on the front of Old port you need swap your printed voucher to the boarding ticket of Bunso transport. Then you can go to the boarding.
✱ Make sure you fill the right email address, and make sure you look for your voucher on that email address what you filled!
✱ Boarding time 30 min. before the trip
✱ Сancellation not less than 24 hours before the time of transfer with Non-refundable processing fee 390 ₱/per person. Send request for a refund to email: [email protected] 
✱ No refund if cancellation less than 24 hours before the time of transfer
✱ If you need change travel date contact us via email [email protected]
✱ Schedule may change without prior notification. Transfer may be canceled due to weather conditions, any technical reasons or change on schedule. Your paid ticket will be valid until the service is not provided. Passenger who’s transfer were cancelled will be priorities to the next trip! Or passenger can ask us via email [email protected] for a partial refund. The refund will be made in 5-30 days after date of booked trip. Non-refundable processing fee 390 ₱/per person
✱ The ferry may be fully booked in high season in 1 – 2 days prior the trip. Book your ticket in advance, is only a chance that you will get a seats on the date you need!
✱ Palawan Days reserves the right to cancel any bookings in the any time
